When we are presented with an idea, be it our own or someone elses we look to the faults, the reasons it won't work and the reasons it might fail.

How did all the innovators we know about make things change. We can be pretty certain it wasn't luck. Some of it might have been good timing. In the most part, however, it is through focussing on the positives.
